Beverley
Robb began Omega Travel & Tours in 1993.
After escorting several
groups on pilgrimages to the Holy Land and finding
the arrangements less than satisfactory, she determined that
there was room for a new company. Thus Omega Travel & Tours
was born.
The goal from the beginning was to provide top quality services
consistently - whether a group requested 5 star deluxe accommodations
or youth hostels. With this in mind, Mrs. Robb enlisted the
services of Mr. Mishi Neubach who was born in Israel and
has lived there
throughout his life. Working together, they developed a company
that has had unparalleled success in providing high quality
tours at reasonable prices.
Careful attention to the details has marked the primary difference
between the tours Omega offers and those of the competition.
- Efficient
itineraries are carefully arranged to provide the most complete
experience of any country at the
most comfortable
pace and routing possible.
- Airline schedules
are carefully checked to insure the most comfortable connections
possible from whatever departure city
is required.
- Guides are interviewed
well ahead of the tour and handpicked according to the interest
of the group.
- Hotels are inspected
ahead of time and have to pass rigid standards. At every
level, the hotels must be clean, well maintained,
and well located, with comfortable facilities that will
meet the requirements of our clientele.
- Motor coaches are
inspected in advance. We use only those companies that have
new and well-maintained buses and require a high
standard of excellence of their drivers.
- Before a group
travels to any destination, a representative of Omega Travel & Tours
does an inspection tour to insure that all is in order according
to our standards.
- In addition, someone
from our company will accompany the group throughout the
tour to assist with any needs the group may
have along the way and to be sure that our arrangements
are carried
out.
